EGL Driver Solutions was founded after our founder began working in the transportation industry in 2020 as a dispatcher. Through daily coordination with drivers and carriers, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges both sides face.

During that time, it became clear that while many qualified CDL drivers were eager to work, trucking companies were still navigating the ongoing demand for reliable, professional drivers. There was a gap between opportunity and access. Recognizing this need, EGL Driver Solutions was created to bridge that gap.

Today, we work closely with trucking companies to source, screen, and present qualified CDL drivers who meet professional and compliance standards. At the same time, we support drivers by helping them connect with fleets that align with their experience and long-term goals.Our mission is simple: to build strong partnerships within the transportation industry by delivering dependable, structured driver staffing solutions.
